The simplest way to digitalise your plant
Connect the equipment and meters you already have, without replacing machinery or stopping production. See in real time how much they use, how much they make and when they stop.
Not sure where to start? We start with the infrastructure you already have.

Your machines, connected as they are
The wattiot Edge, included in the price, reads your meters, PLCs and SCADA without touching the control layer. Where data is missing, wireless sensors fill the gap.

Grow at your own pace
No need to connect everything: the data starts flowing from the first device. Then you add lines or sites to the same platform, without starting a new project.

Just 5 more points of OEE
On a 1,000 units/h line producing 6,000 hours a year, lifting OEE by five points frees 300,000 units of capacity without buying a single machine. Track performance, availability and micro-stops line by line to find them.

A compressed-air leak
One small leak can waste more than €5,000 of energy a year. Catch it before it becomes a permanent loss.
€9,000
per failure avoided · Estimate
A 75 kW motor breaking down
Vibration climbing steadily is the warning. Catching it in time avoids 4 h of downtime (€6,000) and an emergency repair (€3,000).

Consumption outside production hours
Pumps, fans, compressors and HVAC keep drawing power with the factory idle. Finding that hidden load can save €5,000–10,000 a year, and it is among the first things measurement turns up.

How much did compressed air use last week, and where is it heading?
wattiotAI
18.4 MWh. 31% of it ran with no production, mostly on night shifts. At this pace the next four weeks close 9% over target.

No integrations to maintain
Every reading travels from the plant to the cloud over one encrypted channel, with its origin and history. No point-to-point connectors to maintain.
Answers with context
The assistant reasons over shifts, orders and machine state, not loose numbers. And it builds the KPIs, alarms and reports for you.
Your data stays yours
Encrypted readings, keys and permissions per plant, on open standards. No black boxes, no closed formats.
How much does it cost?
From €1,950 a year on the Starter plan, which connects 15 tags and includes the Edge device. The price depends on the number of tags, not on users or features: every plan includes the full platform.
Do I have to replace machines or stop production?
No. wattiot reads the signals from the equipment you already have, such as meters, PLCs or the SCADA, without touching the operation. Where there is no data, wireless sensors go in with no infrastructure or cabling.
What do I need to install in my plant?
A wattiot Edge gateway on a machine or a local server. From there it reads signals from PLCs, meters and inverters over MQTT, OPC-UA, Modbus or CSV, with no extra middleware.
What if my machines are old or give no data?
wattiot Edge has a LoRaWAN gateway built in, so you can deploy sensors cheaply without infrastructure or cabling. You start measuring where there was no data before.
Can I start small and expand later?
Yes. Start with one line, one area or a few meters, then widen to more machines, more KPIs or other plants managed centrally. It all runs on the same foundation: the next step does not need a new project.
Can I ask wattiot questions in plain language?
Yes. The assistant answers on your own data — "how did production go yesterday?" — with the analytics of the operational context behind it. And it does not only answer: it creates virtual tags, KPIs, alarms and reports for you, and automates the actions that trigger them.
What happens if my plant loses its internet connection?
The edge buffers readings locally and syncs them once the connection is back. Nothing is lost and the plant keeps operating locally.
Is the data transfer secure, and who owns the data?
Yes. The gateway sends encrypted readings and every plant works with its own keys, instance and permissions. Your data stays yours, on open standards.
Does wattiot replace my SCADA?
It does not replace your SCADA, it builds on it. The SCADA controls the machine; wattiot reads those same signals live without touching the operation, adds operational context and turns them into KPIs, analysis and reports. You see what is happening now, and why.
Does it help with energy audits and ISO 50001?
It centralises readings, keeps traceability, detects deviations and generates exportable reports. It does not replace certification, but it gives you the consistent data the standard requires.
